Doesn't extract mosquito saliva but it does help alleviate some of the itch
So I had the idea that this would extract the saliva a fresh mosquito bite's saliva but it doesn't really do that. What it's good for is an alternative to scratching the bite so that you don't cause an infection. Using the bigger suction and the smaller one together does help reduce the itchiness but the reduction is only for a short period of time. I still prefer heating mosquito bites with a hair dryer as it seems to be the most effective way to stop the itch.
