Review on ๐Ÿƒ Optimized Brooks Men's Ghost Running Shoe by David Ross

Revainrating 5 out of 5

High level of comfort for varied workouts

Type of exercise performed: long-distance running and climbing on and off the treadmill. Advantages: โ€ข Lightweight. โ€ข Minimal branding and packaging. The toe is neither too wide nor too narrow. โ€ข ideal tip length; not too long but not so short that the double binding would hurt the top of the foot. โ€ข Seems to handle midfoot and heel strikes well with no adverse side effects (but I've only tested this on 3 occasions). Body weight, fitness level, running surface and weather all play a role in how well a shoe will hold up.) Anchor weight which may be related to other models from this brand or alternatives such as the Gel Nimbus 19-22. I would recommend checking with your local Brooks store for a fitting for your foot. This helps determine your stride/gait and your walk and run type. The last thing you want is to buy shoes that don't offer the support you need for your body and your workout.

Pros
  • also understandable for "old hands"
Cons
  • Something is wrong
