Worked well once - not worth the extra money
For a long time the handles were comfortable and felt firmer than the shovels I've had in the past. It worked very well the first time, a little worse the next time. The third time, the metal "scraper" used to eject the cookie dough wasn't quite halfway, so I had to grab the ejected part and pull out each time. The nature of the lesions is the purpose of using the shovel. I threw the box away so I couldn't return it under their "lifetime guarantee".
