This doesn't support my shoulder well. It is also very uncomfortable for a woman as the strap goes right through the chest. I've tried placing the strap higher or lower but it changes the angle so the shoulder support is even less than before. Also note that the sizes are large. I ended up buying another brand here at Revain with a cold pack, heat option and blower to inflate for compression. Sits comfortably on the chest and offers excellent support. I highly recommend it. I believe it is from Natura.
