This orthosis was so small my husband couldn't put it on. He is medium height. Also, it is so complex that a person with a shoulder injury cannot handle it. Given that, we tried putting it on him, but it was obviously useless. We couldn't figure out what the creators were up to! There was no support anywhere. Useless.

Definitely a great help when exiting a sling due to a full thickness rotator cuff tear. I need more shoulder support as I am in pre-surgery rehab. As a result, I can't constantly think about my hand, but can concentrate on my work. There's still a long way to go in recovery, but this brace has certainly been a nice asset.

I have large shoulders so the support fits a bit. I'm still getting used to having something on my chest when driving and working with my trailer. I really feel the difference when I'm wearing it and when I'm not wearing it. Now I'm only giving 3* because I just got it and still need to get used to it. Worth it if like me you have a rotator cuff injury. Working with trailers is no easy task, but long days and nights will be quieter with this strut.

This is the first time I've used a shoulder brace to treat a flare-up of bursitis. I usually use a sling. This helps me use my arm to some extent, but at the cost of losing some support. It's definitely more comfortable than a sling. It runs a bit big and was almost too big for me. I'm a 5'8" woman with a wide, strong build. Usually the things I try on are too small in the shoulders if they don't fit. However, they are adjustable enough so it's not a big problem. .

This doesn't support my shoulder well. It is also very uncomfortable for a woman as the strap goes right through the chest. I've tried placing the strap higher or lower but it changes the angle so the shoulder support is even less than before. Also note that the sizes are large. The shoulder rest fits my husband perfectly and he can still work with it and has no problems. I HAVE MANY BRACES, DIFFERENT STYLES. ARTHRITIS, AGE? AND I SWEAR THAT'S THE IDEA, THESE BRACES ARE GREAT. PASTLY 'REGISTERED' BY A PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND IT WORKS WONDERFULLY ONE 7 DAY WEEK.
