The workmanship is very good, I carry my mug everywhere and it is still in good condition. I wasn't sure if the straw was included when I ordered it because although it was pictured with it, the description didn't say it was included. I'm happy to report that it's included and love the fact that it has a lid on it too. My teenage son liked my mug so much he requested one for himself. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't fit in my car cup holder like no other mug does.
