Medium thickness/warmth, overall good

These are great, comfortable, wicking, seem pretty durable but, they will shed and pill a little bit. But I use these in my turnout boots so they get quite a beating. The only notable thing is that they are medium thickness so fyi, a little warm.

Pros

Warm and great material. Comfortable in winter boots or sneakers

Requires special care during washing and drying

So far mine held up in the wash, unlike other reviewers. I will say I am questioning the claim of merino wool. Mine has random stray hairs coming out of it like it’s shedding cat hair. When I first put them on, I feel a little itchy. My guess is that it’s plain old wool in them. I will say my feet didn’t get cold while I was out in some pretty cold weather.
