The ability to track leads in real time from multiple sources is great! I love that it's integrated with Salesforce so we can keep our CRM up-to date as well!! Sometimes you need more than one person working together when creating new opportunities using this tool - otherwise they're not updated correctly or are never created at all. Take advantage of their free trial before committing any money because there really isn't much risk involved if something doesn’t work out after your first use/trial period (which could be less expensive!). We've been able create custom reports showing us who has opened an opportunity but haven' t yet filled them; which ones have had conversations about products / services without making sales calls etc.; where prospects come into contact wth employees vs customers only through marketing activities such emails + social media channels like Facebook ads instead of cold calling directly via phone call campaigns.
