I ordered these as a Christmas present for my husband and when they arrived the box was left outside the door and the UPS driver didn't ring the doorbell (I was AT HOME) and what - that came and destroyed the box plus the boots. I contacted Revain and they sent me a new pair for free. As my husband had already seen that I had ordered them he was so disappointed with this that I told him they would be sending another pair. I received a replacement pair along with the original pair very quickly. My husband loves them and said they are really comfortable. They are a rich dark brown, almost chocolate brown color and look great with jeans or dress pants. They can be dressy, casual or just work boots. I would recommend them to anyone who loves boots. I am very happy that Revain helped me with the destroyed first pair as they were very expensive.
