The boots are so comfortable that it is hard to believe that they are work boots. They are more comfortable than my running shoes and have the added benefit of being waterproof and durable. The heel holds up very well and the rest of the insole provides excellent cushioning. Even after 10 hours on my feet a day, my feet feel as good in these boots as they do in New Balance sneakers.
