Review on AEM 30 0300 Wideband Sensor Controller by Dawson Schmidt

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works well on Suzuki Bandit 1250

Installed on my Suzuki Bandit 1250 today. Cord length is of course complimentary because it's a spec for the car, but I had no problem wrapping and stowing the extra cord. I made my own mount out of scrap aluminum and a pre-existing RAM mount. The AEM sensor is small, slim and fully digital. I thought the rotating part of the gauge was a mechanical dial, but it's actually digital as well. It weighs very little and is easy to mount almost anywhere. The 18x1.25 gauge does not fit my bike's 12mm plug. The included end cap is the right size and easy to weld on. The supplied instructions are very detailed and contain various additional instructions for use. The packaging was adequate and delivery was faster than expected. Thanks seller! For the price and given the quality of the components and the range (broad range) I think this kit makes a huge difference and I would probably buy it again for other cars.

Pros
  • . The UEGO AFR X Series Wide Range Gauge Controller (P/N 30-0300) has a modern, attractive faceplate and a new seven-segment center display that is 87% larger than the 30-4110 AEM
Cons
  • . Actually I have no negative feelings about it, everything is fine
