The most useful thing about this product for me was its ability to search through large number of files in different formats (e.g., PDFs). I also liked how easy it could organize my documents into folders or subfolders according their content/subject matter area such as finance / HR etc. Its best feature would have been if they made some improvements like adding more templates which you might need when organizing your file system! There are many other products out there but nothing beats octopus' ease at searching multiple types document format. It has helped us keep track of our internal documentation within one central repository without any hassle because we were able to categorize them accordingly so everyone knows where everything goes.
