Review on THAYERS AlcoholFree Witch Hazel Facial Toner With Aloe Vera Formula , Clear, Rose Petal, 3 Fl Oz by Leroy Wolfe

I purchased this product in hopes it would help with my skin and acne. Before I had used other brands on witch hazel but only on occasion and couldn't continue using them because they all had alcohol in them and after a couple days of use would dry out my face so I had to discontinue. When I saw this product I thought I would give it a try because it is alcohol free mostly and had good reviews. In the mornings after I get out of the shower my face is always very dry. I normally would use lotion but kind of hated to do so because no matter how light of a lotion I used it would leave a slight shine on my face which I hate. I have been using this after I get out of the shower instead and don't seem to need to use lotion anymore (except in a few tiny dry spots that never seen to go away). I like this because it seems to moisturize and isn't really noticeable on my skin after applying unlike lotions. The unscented does smell (a little bit) but it doesn't really bother me and it goes away fairily quickly I think. I had also tried the rose scented version of this which was really strong in my opinion and as a man I didn't like smelling like rose petals.I have been using it for a few weeks now. Hoping it would help clear up some of my skin problems. I can't say I've noticed a huge improvement over not using it but I will continue to use it and like that it works almost as a liquid lotion in the mornings that won't leave an annoying shine. It's definitely not as moisturizing as actually using a lotion but it prevents most of my skin (except for those few problem spots) from looking dry which is really all I care about. I gave it 4/5 because I think it's a good product but not a 5/5 because it's not an "oh my gosh!" this product is amazing or anything. I will continue to use and see how it goes and hopefully it will help my skin over time.
