Wet! Smell horrible!
I’m at the salon getting hair installed as we speak 20 inch was good then now we get to the 18 inch and it was damp feeling and a horrible strong chemical smell! I have no choice but to put in my head Bc she has already started and I have an event tomorrow! The 16 inch seems to be good no harsh smell and it is dry! Overall I won’t know how good it is till I get ready to curl and style !
