With just the above part of my review I am happy with the shorts. But then I broke my wrist and wearing shorts became a must. They're easy to put on, comfortable enough to wear all day, easy to wash and quick to dry on a hanger overnight. I have already bought another pair. Another bonus is that Dalmatian fur doesn't seem to stick to them! I bought a small size. I'm 5', 106 pounds and skinny. They fall from the mid-thigh to the top of the thigh and don't hug the legs. I recommend these shorts!
