Having succumbed by the marketing for the DJI Mavic Pro, I now needed a new bag that would allow me to carry all my camera equipment as well as my newest drone conveniently everywhere I wanted to take it. It's difficult to shop for new bags on here because all they can provide all the pictures they want and list all the dimensions, but without actually seeing it in front of you it's difficult to imagine what it's really like and if your stuff will in fact fit. So, let me do my best to make this the only review you need to read and leave no doubt as to whether this pack is for you or not by listing everything I have fit in here rather than have you front money and start a return process after having wasted your time finding out the bag won't suit your needs. My previous backpack was a Canon 200EG and I liked the bag very much. First, what I have packed in mine:1 x Canon T2i Rebel with it's stock 18-55mm lens1 x 70-300 zoom lens2 x 58mm filters installed, one on each lens2 x 58mm filters in their packaging2 x spare batteries for Canon camera with a third installed in the camera1 x External flashCharger block with cords for Canon camera1 x Canon A570 point and shoot camera1 x Underwater housing for Canon A570 point and shoot camera1 x Hand held digital video camera1 x AA battery case holding 10 AA batteries for Canon A570 camera1 x Charging cord and power brick for handheld digital video camera1 x GoPro 31 x GoPro waterproof case1 x Head band for GoPro 31 x Wrist band for GoPro 31 x Chest mount and straps for GoPro 3Charging cords for GoPro 31 x Dual Port Ravpower 16750mAh Portable External BatteryCharging cord for external battery2 x USB cords for external battery outputHalf a dozen spare memory card holders with extra memory cards1 x Retractable selfie stick1 x Lens cleaning solution in a pump spray bottle1 x Retractable camera cleaning brushHalf a dozen packages of lens cleaning clothsSeveral charging cords and mini usb cords to connect cameras to computers or tv's1 x Manual for Canon camera1 x Manual for external flash1 x iPad mini 4 with otterbox case1 x Apple wall charger with three USB ports1 x Mavic Pro drone inside hard case1 x Mavic Pro controller with USB cord for iPad inside it's own hard case1 Skyreat iPad holder adapter for Mavic Pro controller3 x Mavic Pro batteries, one installed on drone and two stored in pack1 x Charger with power brick and all needed cables for Mavic Pro1 x Multiple battery charging hub for Mavic Pro1 x Rain cover for backpackThat's everything that comes to mind and everything fit in there. I still have room for odds and ends. This still leaves the two mesh pockets on the side for water bottles while hiking. There's also enough straps on the outside to mount both my tripod and monopod should I decide I need to travel with them. I like that the bag has small hard feet on the bottom allowing the bag to stand up unassisted when not being worn. I do a fair amount of air travel both domestically and internationally and I believe the bag will adhere to the dimensions allowed for carry on but we'll put this to the test later this summer and I will amend my review with my results. If I had to name any complaints about the bag one would be it needs more removable dividers. I had to use extras I had from my previous backpack to lay out the interior for my purposes. The second would be that the zippers on the bag jingle together so loudly that while walking/hiking it sounds as though I have a dog with a very noisy collar walking behind me.Please refer to my pictures to see extras that aren't currently shown on the listing for the bag. I do not yet use either of the pockets on the hip pads. I stand 6'4" and I'm 240lbs so you can see how much space this bag takes up on my back relative to my size. There is a pocket on either side of the main compartment that allows you to store items alongside the outside edges of the back. There is a velcro pocket that runs the entire width of the bottom underside where I was able to stuff the rain cover the bag comes with and it still allows my bag to stand up straight. There is a large zippered compartment that separates the top compartment with the bottom one which is where I store my iPad 4 mini with otterbox case. Finally there is a compartment at the back of the bag for a laptop which opens on the side rather than the top. I do not yet use this compartment either.Hopefully this review is in depth enough for you to make an informed decision before placing your order.
