Pros:- Backpack came as advertised with even more pockets and zippers than I originally noticed in the listing.- The entire thing is very well padded-- to the point that it maintains its shape without anything being in it.- Zippers and stitching seem to be sturdy and all have rain covers.- Inside padding is all fully customizable to fit your gear.- Laptop compartment is functional for at least up to 15" laptops (like a macbook pro) and tablets.- The top and bottom compartments can actually be turned into one large, continuous compartment by removing the internal padding from the top, the "lunchbox" padding from the bottom, and unzipping the floor of the top compartment.- Feels great to wear. The straps are well padded and highly adjustable.- The padding against your back is also comfortable and allows for good airflow down the middle of your back.- Despite being well padded, it fits into the personal item space under the seat on airlines so that it doesn't have to count as a carry on.- Space for TWO tripods (one on each side) with two pull straps per side, a buckle strap per side, a mesh pocket per side, and a solid reinforced pocket that drops another six inches lower (though discreetly stows in a pocket in the bottom when not being used) which is useful for longer tripods- Seems fairly weather resistant at baseline (covered zippers, rubber "feet" on bottom) but also comes with waterproof rain cover.Cons:- All the extra padding causes it to weigh a fairly hefty 6 pounds when empty. A lot of the padding, even in the walls, have zipper areas so that you can take the padding out or replace it if you need to save on weight or you don't need the extra protection.- The water bottle/tripod mesh can hold 500ml water bottles, but larger 1L bottles and nalgenes won't fit.Overall: Great pack. Would definitely recommend for anyone with multiple DSLR sized cameras, lenses, chargers, tripods, or cables or anyone who will be doing a lot of traveling.
