Hello, I have a huge gun cabinet (620lb curb weight) that I built a railing for in my basement and I not only needed to move this monster but also the bottom of the railing 6 1 /2 in. of concrete with a 3/4 in. piece of oak board for the floor it should walk on. I saw these super sliders and decided to give it a try. By rocking the safe from side to side and blocking it with wood I was able to glue the spacers to the bottom of the safe. I hired a jack, picked up the safe, and we lifted it slightly off the jack onto the wooden floor and gently pushed it into place. It glided with ease despite the bulk of the weight on the pads. I obviously just left them in place, but it's unlikely it will ever come out, I can just do the install in reverse order. I wasn't sure if they would work well $$$. If they worked under my safe, they will most likely work with whatever you move.
