Slippery and hard. on Puzzle Play Mats
I bought this mat for my child to play in our new house with hardwood floors. I was happy to get a new rug that wasn't as ugly as the standard red/green/blue/yellow rug I had for my eldest son. Although this rug looks beautiful, it is not that functional. I was surprised how slippery it is. My baby slides and slides everywhere and can't get any footing at all (don't think he's learning to crawl here) and I have to be very careful not to let my 4 year old run over him. in socks. Also, it's not very soft.
