Good charger at a good price

This is a good charger for my work radio. I bought it to charge my own battery at home as good batteries sometimes disappear at work. It charges in about 3 hours, but I don't think it completely drains the battery in the process. I've found my battery can now easily handle a 12 hour shift and gotten it up to 18 hours on a single charge.
