So far this has exceeded my expectations. Starting from Hyper 12EVO I ran at around 85C at 4.8GHz on all 4 cores (i7-7700k). This helps keep the temperature inside the case cool and I'm now running at 4.8GHz which peaks at 68C. I've seen a 20 degree drop in temperature at worst. Of course I also changed the thermal paste from Arctic Silver to MX4 so take that into account. It's absolutely silent, even when the fans are running at maximum. It's hard not to be impressed by this kid. Watch your processor and I would recommend the MX4. This is one of the best thermal paste that does not conduct electricity. If I had to guess, I'd say it's about 5 times quieter than my Hyper 12EVO fan at max speed. In fact, you don't even have to turn over 80% to keep the temperature below 70°C.
