I have a Harmony 880, my father got it as a gift. He always complains that he doesn't know what needs to be turned on or changed to see Blue Ray. I set it up for him, which was very easy. You just put in what devices you have, type of TV, type of receiver, etc. You then say how to use them, connect it to your computer and you're done. Harmony is constantly updating its software to make it more intuitive while still allowing you to customize it for more advanced users. Only criticism is that the software runs in your tray. You only use this when you add or change components in your system, so they need to be where they don't go in the background and take up resources. But this is so very small. Having a charging station was also the reason I bought it for my dad so he doesn't have to change batteries.
