I hesitated to give this product 4 or 2 stars. I agreed to give it a 3 for the following reason: This wireless USB adapter works great (4 stars). Until the connection is lost (2 stars). What happens every 2-3 hours. In 95% of cases, a simple reboot by disconnecting/connecting USB solves the network disconnection issue. The remaining 5% requires a full reboot of the laptop. That doesn't mean I'm at the limit. My laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad) connects to the network without any problems. I just figured a higher gain WiFi adapter would give me an even stronger signal. 5 stars are not possible due to the admin software. When the device is running and you run the admin software to add/edit a profile, it hangs on the device. am I going to throw it away? no Sure, restarting regularly is a hassle, but when it works, it works great. I just wish it was more stable.
