Just received this item and was dying to wait to review until I see the results. I'm a 45 year old beautician, I use premium expensive facial products. I settled on my annual exfoliation series and ended up trying a daily exfoliation rather than agonizing over the TCA peels I typically do during the winter months. It's very gentle with almost no irritation so I didn't have high expectations. After just a few days of use, my face is smoother, clearer and looks completely revitalized. I can't tell you if it will work for fine lines, brown spots, or acne scars for a while, but I can tell you that I will be using it as part of my daily beauty routine from now on. Amazing bowl.
