I needed a replacement tray for my old HP4000 workhorse that broke down when I moved recently. Tip: Do not attempt a 4 foot drop test with this shell onto concrete, it will fail! Since the printer is very old, I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a replacement tray. Received almost brand new, received much earlier than expected, packaged very professionally and working perfectly. I highly recommend the seller!
