Commonly used for bonding heatsinks to PCB components, it maximizes heat dissipation through the adhesive interface between circuit component and heatsink and ensures proper cooling of the electronic component. What I love about this pack are the syringes. This creates very little waste, since the adhesive components can be precisely dosed. The adhesive's conductive properties are high and I used this adhesive to attach a series of thermal switches to the round tubes of my propane fridge's condenser coils so I could use the switches to control the cooling fans to remove heat from the ammonia increase exhaust gases and allow the refrigerator to cool more efficiently in hot climates. The adhesive has proven itself and the switches adhere securely to the pipeline.
