Good low temperature alternative to 1-part TC adhesives with inconveniently high cure temperature. Excellent 1. 44 W/(make) thermal conductivity. 1-to-1 mix ratio and 4 hours pot life. Stores and ships at slightly below room temperature β€” no freezing or dry ice required. Very long shelf life of at least three years β€” even when stored at room temperature. Strong water and chemical resistance to brine, acids, bases, and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

It does NOT cure at room temperature!

High heat required for curing! It says 149 degrees Fahrenheit in 2 hours or higher temperature in less time. This is not a replacement for Artic Silver. Cures to the touch in 5 minutes at room temperature.

Best Thermoepoxy (and I've tried them all)

Best Thermoepoxy (and I've tried them all). Strong but NOT Brittle and cures very slowly (days) at room temperature, which is good, but can be fully cured in an hour at 80ΒΊC. Excellent thermal conductivity, good viscosity and very long shelf life. Don't buy Arctic Silver hot melt glue and other junk! Try it and never look back!

Excellent product in a very effective packaging that allows easy dosing.

If you were searching for this item, you were searching for a two part epoxy with heat transfer properties. Commonly used for bonding heatsinks to PCB components, it maximizes heat dissipation through the adhesive interface between circuit component and heatsink and ensures proper cooling of the electronic component.
