This Nature Sustained Raw & Wild Soap Nut shampoo and conditioner set worked a little better than I expected. When I ordered this set I knew the bottles would be smaller than many other shampoos and conditioners as each is only 266ml. Everything arrived well packaged in a box with lots of scraps of paper and such to keep the bottles safe during transit. The bottles are informative, easy to find with directions, ingredients, company information, etc. One of the things this shampoo and conditioner set offers here on the list is that they are not heat processed and are a raw fermented product. On the first whiff of shampoo I noticed a slight vinegar smell, which is quite logical. I found the shampoo to concentrate well and lather easily so I use a little less of this shampoo than some others. So keep that in mind when using this shampoo for the first time as you may end up using a little more. what to wash your hair with. The shampoo rinses out really well and although the instructions don't say so I left it on my scalp for about 2 minutes as I usually do that with some shampoos. The shampoo is easy to rinse out. The conditioner has a slightly stronger aroma, it's not the same but similar to shampoo and also "vinegar". With the conditioner, I found I ended up using about the same amount as other conditioners I use, so the contents didn't seem to "stretch" as much as the shampoo. The conditioner is easy to rinse out. I have "scalp problems" sometimes, so I alternate shampoos and use special shampoos in turn, it works well for me. After using the shampoo and conditioner a few times I have found that they work well for me. After washing and drying the hair, there is still a slight smell of shampoo and conditioner, but this dissipates over the course of the day. -Outs and my scalp coped well with it. I think this set is a little pricey for the quantity, although the listing states bottle sizes and such. And while this shampoo and conditioner set worked well for me, it didn't seem much better than some of the other specialty shampoos I use in my rotation since I get more product in the bottle — sulfur-based, brewer's yeast-based, and others . Good product but for the price I would have liked to see a bigger bottle. Made in Thailand.
