We use impulsion 4 for all of our integrations with Salesforce, Xero, Marketo etc to provide data feeds into these platforms in real time as well as automated workflows. The team is highly responsive when it comes to requests or helpdesk tickets which I have found to be an essential part of any integration platform we are using! There really isn't anything that makes me dislike this product - great customer service & support, fast responses via ticketing system (this has made life so much easier!), very friendly staff at events where they come out from behind their desks & engage with customers face-to-face rather than just by email/ticketing).
