Poor quality control
The pre-drilled holes for attaching the handrail to the post are offset so only one screw can be used. One of the rivet nuts that must be inserted into the handrail is missing. One of the concrete anchors arrived without a nut or sleeve. The bottom flange on one of the stands is bent. I can probably fix the bent post, but the railing needs to be replaced.
