Excellent product! But even better is the personal telephone support. Full Disclosure. I broke this tool the first time I pasted it because I didn't know how to use it properly. What is not said in the instructions is not surprising, the tool must be felt so that it does not overtighten. It's like trying to teach a kid not to remove and break every bolt by learning to back off in time (Kevin). Don't over-tighten the nut with this tool for initial prepress installation than you can (instructions say you can, but you should know what you're doing first (ha)! Anyway, I knew right away I did it (over rev) I called 800# and they immediately sent me a new linkage (I swear it's coming out of its case, it's just stubborn from the powder coating) After I assembled it, it worked the way I did it did and guessed..!..or should I say I put it to good use so the results were more than helpful.This is a great tool if you know about..concealed mounting.Yes a Certificate requires some effort little for this size, twisted, made a little more and stopped before I broke it. No problem! Oh yes, if you bend the Nucert from below, you're to blame for overloading (Kevin!) Here has j Someone said the case would be aluminum I can't paint the plastic and in silver color. You'll need extra space for a large stash of candies of various sizes, but enough room for a project or three if you already know what size you need. Very adequate storage. I'm excited! I'm just now understanding all the projects I can use this for. Almost as comfortable as a tractor.
