Its worth it! for leg and foot rests

It was so helpful! Keeps your leg stretched the way you want it. I recommend at least 90 degrees. Start using in 30 minute increments and work your way up, your foot will thank you! I'm on my feet 9 hours a day and I feel better! The splint lets your foot relax and is suitable for both left and right foot. Extra items are a nice bonus! I don't use a spiked ball because it's a little painful, but the heel pads are amazing as they give me arch support (see image for placement). The brace is bulky, but you really can't expect anything less because it's so effective. Comes with a cushion that makes the orthosis as comfortable as possible. Most likely, however, they will not fit feet smaller than 7th size. Velcro is surprisingly sticky. Would recommend more than sleeves/socks for feet with plantar fasciitis. I would recommend this device to the painful insoles of Dr. prefer Scholz. Happy with my purchase!
