Weak plastic tube, stopped working after a few uses

I have another similar one (can't remember the brand) that I've been using for over 6 years that works great but this was from Vivosun not so good. The length is a bit short, the plastic tubing is noticeably thinner so it tends to kink when changing water, and the pump/bulb basically stopped working after less than 10 uses. Now I'm just holding the trellis!
