My dog ate the original remote control for my LG 49UJ6300 TV. I ordered it the same evening. All he needed was a couple of AAA batteries and he was done! An adjustment is not necessary. The buttons definitely feel a little flimsy than the original, but they all work in the same way. Great product and I will definitely buy it again (I hope it won't be necessary).
