When I received this delivery initially, the cover was missing. Only the foam was in the package. After contacting Revain, I was sent a cover the next day; no problem.The ramp itself was great…initially. Lightweight & sturdy, and the "stairs + ramp shape” was exactly what I was looking for.However, when I took the cover off to wash it…after only a few weeks of pretty minimal use, TBH…The foam had turned yellow & totally discolored! The cover was fraying along the seams/zipper as well. (See pics)I reached out to the seller, and was told the foam oxidizes from moisture in the air (?) & "sorry the product didn’t work out.” 🤷🏻‍♀️In the end, the product (and the seller’s customer service) both ended up being a disappointment.**I will say: For that month, it really was a great ramp. I actually was going to buy a second one for upstairs. Glad I waited tho. 🫤
