I spend a lot of time on the computer at school and at work. I never thought blue light could have such a negative effect. I had dry eyes, swollen eyes, eyestrain, headaches, bad sleep at night, it was bad. I was recommended to try blue light glasses and I found them. I am very satisfied with this product. It looks great and is inexpensive. More importantly, it works fantastically. My sensitive eyes may notice a slight yellow tint when wearing it, but that doesn't bother me at all. Anyway, I like it because everything looks warmer. They worked amazing the first day I used them. My eyes didn't strain at all, I felt great, and I had the most restful night's sleep I've had this summer. Now I wear them in the evenings, even when I'm reading or doing housework, and not just all day at the computer. I can sleep much better.
