Hand washed a few times with no problem. I washed it in the dishwasher once and the pan changed color and was covered with a chalk-like residue that could not be completely removed by brushing or hand cleaning. Looks like the non-stick coating was partially removed so I will throw it out or try to return it. I would not put food on it again. Too bad because it did a nice job on the pizza. This pan is advertised as "dishwasher safe"!
