I love the mobile app, it's very intuitive. It has helped me keep track of all my clients and make sure they are getting their work done. The support is great too! They are always quick to respond and helpful with any issues. I wish it was easier for users to pay invoices or receive payment info. Sometimes you can't see who paid for your invoice. Also the ability to send an invoice directly through the app would be beneficial as well. Make sure you have a good accountant or bookkeeper so that you don't need to deal with those types of issues. This helps ensure you are staying compliant with tax laws and keeping accurate records. We use Occupie to store all of our client files. It makes it easy to access them, share with clients, and it's easy for clients to access through the app.
