Ok so I gave it a pretty high rating even though we had to replace it after a month. I believe the problem is the lack of instructions on how to properly care for this machine. Add to that the lack of instructions on how to fix common issues. The controls are quite simple and connecting is a breeze. It takes up (relatively) little counter space and actually fits next to our sink like the space was meant for it! I also like that the water tank can be filled by hand and therefore does not have to be connected to the water supply. After about a month of operation, the machine would not start and the E4 error appeared on the display. The manual says this means there is a leak somewhere. But that's all the information that was provided. After receiving a replacement (thanks Revain!), I noticed a small sticker on the back of the unit with instructions on how to dry the inside of the case after use. Not seeing or stating this in the instruction manual resulted in the machine becoming unusable. I hope the replacement will last a long time with good constant care!
