Terrible mounting clips. I returned the first one because after unboxing one of the pins was loose and wouldn't snap, the replacement wasn't much better. I was able to lock (I use the term "lock" very loosely) but one of them wouldn't lock no matter how I pressed or twisted the pin. motherboard. I ended up installing the stock Intel cooler and don't know what to do now should I go back and try another replacement or get a refund and get another mini-ITX cooler. Very disappointed with the products I received. UPDATE: So I contacted EVGA and they sent me new contacts, great customer service with a quick response. Got the pins today, mounted them on the cooler and bam! The cooler now sits perfectly and securely on the mainboard. The performance compared to the stock Intel cooler was very noticeable, my 4690k rarely reaches 50 degrees Celsius. acceleration time!
