I like how easy it is just click of button send out surveys with results that are immediate! No need going through email or waiting around trying find someone who answers emails when they're not there at work!! Also love being able get reports emailed back instantly so no more having information be lost over time etc.

Nothing really dislike about this service but would say if anyone was looking into getting survey data from their employees should definitely try them because as far us our organization has seen better than any other provider i've used before. ! I like that HRConnections has been able solve some of my problems pertaining to hiring new employees as well having an easier time with performance management issues when there is turnover or if someone leaves under less than ideal circumstances (i have had this happen before). There are times where it can be hard because they don't always seem willing/able to work through any difficulties which makes me feel frustrated at them sometimes but not enough so though i would say its good overall!
