When I got my wax it was melting so I waited for it to dry a bit to break it apart so it happened but I'll give it a 3 for the quality because i put it in it so it could melt and it took a lot longer than other waxes i used but it melted but when i put it on my armpit i waited about 2 minutes before i took it off, and it was still sticky like it wasn't hard/hard so i waited a little longer and it still wasn't hard but i took it off and most of my hair came out but also later when i was done, after about an hour, the strip of wax I used for my armpit hadn't set yet, but I'm not going to throw you that bag of wax beads because Ion likes to spend my money, but in the end I never will buy
