TLDR: Great price for the quality. Loud and distorted audio, screen cracking and heat rumors. The $50 recorder is a steal. And it delivers. But there are some cons that negatively affect this rating. Pros: 1) Great price. This is stealing, but you have some disadvantages that will be explained later. 2) Really easy to set up and use. I'm surprised at how easy it is to set up, although I wish there was more information in the manual. Cons: 1) It kills the sound. Seems pretty bad. I play rhythm games so sound quality is very important to me and my headphones are great. I connected them to the device and it was hell. You have to find a middle ground before they work and when you do it doesn't sound good and is very loud. 2) Really bad screen tearing. I have no idea if it's just me, but I had serious screen tearing in my recordings. And in the game I play, it's extremely noticeable. To the point of irritation 3) Heat. I haven't experienced this myself, but I've seen people talking about the device getting very hot when in use, so I'll be careful.
