I've been riding my 2006 Honda Element with hard shifts for too long. Tried this simple replacement over a year ago with a lower brand. Burned due to poor quality as this part did not solve my problem. I was SO skeptical to try again but finally had to break down and give it a try. SO happy to have trusted SINS. I could see a higher quality part right out of the box. The packaging is much better. The seal had its package. O-rings were in the box. The magnet was also soldered separately. Installed with no problems. Really helped me with my problem.
