Review on ASICS Gel Dedicate Tennis Shoes - Men's White Athletic Footwear by Christopher Wiggins

In the last few years I have bought shoes from the ASICS Dedicate line. They fit as expected and are very comfortable. It's also easy to swap out their insoles for your own if you have foot problems like I do. The main advantage of these shoes for me is the stability. Playing tennis with all the quick accelerations and sudden stops requires a lot of stability and these shoes provide it. ASICS has an extensive range of tennis shoes and the Dedicate is their prized option in the stability category (as opposed to the speed category). The disadvantage of the inexpensive option is that the shoe wears out relatively quickly, especially if you play more than a few times a week. I'm a 3.5 semi-competitive player who plays about 3-4 times a week and I should probably be buying new shoes every six months or so (although I'm too cheap for that). So if you play more or less "frugally" you should consider going to the ASICS store and getting more expensive shoes that are also more durable.
