Review on KeepKey Simple Cryptocurrency Hardware Wallet by Becky Haferkamp

This product sounds good in concept but is really terrible in application. Takes your BTC instantly, but when you transfer BTC to other accounts, KeepKey app just freezes. Nothing happens. Also, tech support is the absolute worst when these products don't work. Tech support gives scripted rubbish for answers, only after weeks of complaining both on Facebook and emailing directly to KeepKey did they reply with apologies and other pre-scripted rubbish for solutions which we've already tried, obviously they can't hear what the customers say, that's the problem. Searching the web I found several complaints about the same issue with the KeepKey app freezing, even with the recommended firmware and updates the KeepKep app just freezes. I got back about $1100 with my recovery judgment using EXODUS and returned it to AMAZON for a FULL REFUND. My advice: Stay away from Keepkey!
