Everything is OK. on wax
Maybe I'm doing something wrong but it takes a few times to remove all the hair and it's not because I'm Bigfoot. In addition, the skin looks completely different afterwards than before waxing. The pores look different and the skin looks beaten up. I have used it on myself, I have used it on my daughter and I have used it on my sister with the same results. I'm glad I bought it to try and won't buy it again.
