Update: After several attempts to contact support, someone replied and asked me to take a picture and send it to the email address provided along with a note. Several days have passed and we have not received an answer. So sent a message again, again no reply. As we don't want our 30 day return period to expire we have decided to return the device and cannot recommend it due to the poor customer service. First feedback: Today we received the CAC-J1510FW air purifier. We turned on the power and found it vibrated heavily at all speeds. Especially at the top. The four rubber feet on the bottom are securely attached. The light from above shows the fan oscillating as it spins. We didn't want to return it without first contacting Cuckoo customer service, but we can't get through by phone or email. This is a very good device, it has everything we need except vibration.
