BAIT N SWITCH - INSTALL WITH OLD SOFTWARE

This thing is so slow that NOBODY CAN FIX IT without installing a new OS because the Windows version is OLD. There is a driver that the Asurion defense people asked me to review, it was released in 2006. It turns out that when I bought it from Revain in 2020 I bought a computer that was built in 2019 but with software from ? and the manufacturer's warranty expired in September 2020. Now Dell is fixing the problem for an additional $$$ - THINK AND SWITCH PEOPLE. I'm really angry. I can't believe there's no way out.
