The DVR is practically useless.
I miss my Tivo! I have to be stupid, I can't find any handy features that make it easy to skip ads or fast forward boring parts. Installation is super easy, which is great. Recording schedule is ok. Simple things like rewinding live performances or skipping commercials are hopeless. Tivo kicked their ass years ago.
